This is an evaluation of my experience in purchasing an Amalio Burguet, 1A, classical guitar from Guitars From Spain, Inc . Back in the mid 80’s I purchased a Robert Ruck, cedar top guitar from a Master’s student at F.S.U. I owned that guitar for 15 years. I was in the market for another classical guitar that was not quite in the Ruck price range. I checked Ebay list and found an add for Amalio Burguet guitars, made in Spain. I had never heard of this maker. I did some searching and found that this company actually exists, as well as the importer, Guitars from Spain I was able to hear the guitar and various models through the internet and they sounded and looked like, they were quality guitars. I contacted Eduardo by email, whom quickly responded and answered a ton of questions about the models I was interested in. I purchased a 3M, cedar top, from a dealer in another state. The guitar was very attractive but did not meet my sound requirements, so I sent it back. Eduardo assured me that the 1A guitar is far superior in sound to the 3M. He was not kidding!!! I am very happy with the sound and construction of the 1A cedar top. I have bonded with this guitar. Eduardo was a 12 on scale of 10, and I would have ZERO reservations in purchasing a guitar from Eduardo or Guitars from Spain . Best regards, Jack May

Hello Eduardo, My G-36 has really grown on me since it arrived and is now my favorite guitar. I never touched the frets, which are larger than those on any of the others, and might be the reason the edges felt different. But by now they have become just part of the guitar's character, and they might also contribute to the G-36 being the easiest and fastest playing guitar I own. Thank you, Eduardo for my new guitar. I love it. The action is great and it has a nice growl to it. The case is perfect, and the guitar cover and extra bone were very nice for you to throw in too. I can't wait to play it and hear it open up over the next few years. In case you haven't heard, we've had two nor'easters here in the past 5 days, so I went and picked it up today from the FedEx hub, that is why delivery took so long. Totally worth the wait though. Thanks again, Eduardo. I'll be emailing/calling with questions I'll have in the future about the guitar, and possibly obtaining more guitars.
